TSI, OBV and CCI cross system design (developers overview) v1.5

We are looking for a good efficient and reliable EA that will place an order on the crossing of the the following indicators, it will need to be coded as an and/or function i.e CCI cross of 2 values of CCI (var) and OBV and TSI cross, also available as variable inputs.

Ideally with the CCI it will be a smaller value crossing the larger up and through or could be coded as a percentage increase/differential in values, also it will need to have option to close off existing orders on apposing signal and place a counter trade based on these values.

Example CCI 50 crosses up and through, or is greater than CCI 100 a buy order is triggered, the order remains open until 50 CCI crosses down through the 100 CCI and a subsequent sell order is placed, or alternatively order can be closed with Trail stop loss as a safety! 

> The OBV can also be coded as an increase value i.e. greater than CCI and TSI by factor percent of x (as a var) Example CCI 50 and OBV cuts through (up and above) TSI a buy order is placed and subsequently order is closed on reverse of this and sell order is opened.

> Functions to be coded as and/or features (as a var)


> CCI (time period)
> CCI percentage difference
> CCI percentage difference or cross as option
> CCI, TSI and OBV to be a cross or percentage increase
> All options can be activated deactivated

It will also need to have a griding and order management script incorporated, this will need to include:

> Adjustable grid spacing (var)
> Adjustable lot sizes via multiplier exponent (var)
> Automatic lot sizes by balance (var)

We are seeking someone that really knows there stuff and in saying this can respect the intellectual property associated with the work that has gone into this system so far.
Refer to the attached examples, TSI (red) OBV Blue, CCI White.
