Cci ea and trade manager

i need a ea and a trade manager to be made

1.ea should enter the trade when both cci have changed direction from negative to positive for a buy and from positive to a negative for a sell.

2. buy short term ashi is above longterm ashi 

3. atr chandelier indicator should confirm

4. buy should be above 200 mov sell below 200 mov average

5. i want two  options aggressive and conservative.

aggressive should not require a confirmation of the 200 mov and only requires the short term heiken ashi to confirm.

conservative requires all of the conditions.

i want an arrow on the chart when the conditions are met

i want the ea to be able to trade multiple lots  so a choice of up to 10 lots so on the trade manager i can specify when i want portions of the lots or mini lots closed like a stagger out exit strategy.

trade manager will exit selected  lots with a choice of set pips or points, or when short 25 cci changes direction  or both 25 and 50 cci change direction.

i want a breakeven after set pips option
