Техническое задание

need a programmer who can build an fast scalping ea based on one indicator, original indicator display lines on the chart i want to change its display with arrows. beside that i need other parameters like sl,tp, profit trailing, pending order, auto lot increase  and money management. reply back with quote and time. alert  message should be  pop up on the screen and get by email or sms as soon trade execute by ea. ( note: all buy and sell trade will execute only after completely close of candle after trend change )
