Custom Candle paterns EA

Good day. I would like an EA that can do the following

module 1. Creating the custom Candle formation indicator.

  This needs to be user input using drop downs for each part of the bool calculation.

    e.g. true = (rates[1].close  >   rates[1].low && 

                     rates[1].open  !=  rates[1].close &&

                     ... && ... )min 3-5 max 10 sections. And not all needs to be used.

          Drop downs for each part of the formula. Rates{0} - Rates{4}

                                                                         == != > < => =< ...

                                                                         close ,open. low, high

         if the above indicator is true AND the price is above the selected MA ,place buy order

         the calculation is different for buy vs sell orders.

module 2 SL

               I need a SL that follows the trade as close as possible until it hits the break even point from where the trade is opened (including a TP).

               then i need a selection for witch of the following trailing stops to use.

              1. Continue to trail as close as possible.

              2.  a percentage of the openprice and high price. e.g open is 10,  high reached is 20.  at 60% the SL will be at 16. high moves up to 30 then SL moves up to 22. if <Stop level

              3   The SL moves up with the MA. if < stop level

Hedging account. More than one separate trade in the same direction and in opposite direction at the same time.

All charts all time frames.

I would like the source code so i can place defaults in later.

I did make the lay out in an excel sheet. showing the drop downs and general SL lay outs.
