Техническое задание

Looking for someone to modify an Indicator that I have. Currently, the Indicator is used to alert/notify me of stochastic crossovers (Main and Signal lines crossing). 

- I need it to only alert/notify me of stochastic crossovers that ALSO are past certain stochastic thresholds/limits (for both low and high thresholds). See example image

- There also needs to be a setting added for me to be able to change those threshold values (both high & low thresholds)

- Need source file
