A state of the art EA development challenge

I have the idea and the architecture in mind, but I'm not sure it will work. So the concept is shared risk/revenue to develop it.

The idea: my plan is create a super EA capable of reverse engineer any public and open trading history, inside the rules, i.e., just learning and observing the past public and open trades.

The paradigm broken here is that we are not looking for the internal algorithms of the original system, but just emulate the performance using just the algorithms and architecture I have in mind.

In other words, analyse a black box and figure out the results to automatically create a white box. 

Anyway, this is a challenge, I'm not sure it will work, since there is nothing similar in the market. But this is not the first time I discover such solution.

So, what I'm looking for and the phases I figure out to this project are:

- find one experienced MQL5 programmer that want share risk/revenue to develop the EA
- define the final price for the development (the revenue share budget), to check if it is viable to define the final price to offer to the market (development period plan is 60 to 120 days)
- create a formal risk/revenue share agreement and all rules before start sharing any ideas and coding
- create a prototype to test the product before deploy to the market
- if the prototype works fine, offer and sell the full product (open with source code) direct to an investment company (I have some customers that I suppose would like it, anyway any trader or company are welcome to buy it), so they can explore it as they want
- pay the programmer, according the final price definition and the risk/revenue share agreement/rules, using another Job here in MQL5 to do that (final code transfer to the final customer).
- if all this works fine, start a new EA challenge!

To be honest, I don't believe we will find investors or any investment company here to funding such idea before proving of concept, anyway they are welcome at this phase too, as we can create something even better and pay the developer in advance (no risk/revenue share), so fell free to contact me in PM if this is the case, as we need create another Job with the final price to do this and cancel this one.
