EA that closes 80% of order and protects trade with a click of a button

Hi there, My name is Frank and I this will be my 4th EA that I have built, My developer I was working with no longer does this type of work so I am looking for someone to replace him. 

He had impecable english and we would zoom and be able to discuss what was needed. His work was rock solid and there was 0 bugs or issues. 

The EA needs to have the following features and is very simple. 

It needs to be able to close a percentage of a trade that can be customezed ex: 70 % 80%   example if lot size was 1.0  and it closes 80% it would close .8 of the trade. then it would automaticaly move SL  into profit by how ever many pips I choose so the trade can continue to run .  so " protect trade by __ Pips) 

 it needs to automatically calculate the percentage of whatver lot size is being used

I want a button that I can press when I am in profit that will do this instantly.   

extra features could be take profit as well example 10 pips  ( not points ) too confusing. but the option to have a Take profit or not is important so Take profit True False
