NEED help to build EA out of current indicator for faster execution

Техническое задание

If i could get someone to help me code an EA out of an indicator that's already running.

the indicator is attached. basically it indicates a buy or sell reversals using a fake head, it also as of right now sends out a notification.
while all this is good, i need it to automatically enter a buy limit trade according to the notification price it sends out

1. Buy order or sell order @ (x price)
2. Calculate the Low or high and close of the fake head candle however big or small it is ( eg. 3.5pips or 5 pips)
3. set a TP for that trade, TP will be the fake head candle size (eg 3.5pips)
4. Set SL to also be candle size but an extra + 1.7 Pips.
