Техническое задание

I have an indicator called meter, I only have the .ex4 file, not the script

But how the indicator work is actually pretty straightforward


What it does is to show a large horizontal rectangle that I called meter. And the meter will detect buy/sell volume.

So the meter will turn into green when there is a large volume of buy and will turn into red when there is a large volume of sell


I have attached the template and .ex4 file so it will look like in the picture below
