Semi-automated EA from a dashboard

There is an existing EA which can be modified....else, new EA is built from scratch. 

1)    To avoid having sell & buy Wick% at same time, for Buy Wick%, price must be at least 60% up of candle length from the candle low. For Sell Wick%, price must be at least 60% down of candle length from the candle high. Either way, it means 40.0 is maximum data you would see in Wick% column

2)    X = maximum permitted wick length %, in order for Wick Direction to appear on the dashboard.

E.g. X = 30% as in dashboard above, Wick Directions do not appear for USDJPY, EURJPY, GOLD, AUDCAD and USDCAD

3)    When Place Order is (ON), there are two possible scenarios:

2 Scenarios

i) If current candle hasn't broken the high of previous candle, and Place Order is ON, it means when current candle breaks the previous candle high, the EA places a BUY order.

Note:

if trade has not triggered at Y time before current candle close, Place Order is switched Off

ii) If current candle has broken the high of previous candle and Place Order is ON, then it means if next candle breaks the high of current candle, the EA should place BUY when it happens.

Also

a)    When Place Order is On, Close Trade function is On by default.

Close Trade = current trade should close at the close of the trade candle.

b)       Z % of equity is used per trade

c)       I need to be able to add or remove pairs on the dashboard

d)      Use 1 EMA as a filter (ON/OFF)
