Convert existing Indicator Code in to EA with Trading functionality

Hi All

I have a Indicator Code and I would like to convert that in to an EA. I will provide the source code to the chosen developer. I want following functionalities/settings in the EA:

• Take automatic trade when Indicator Change direction from Long to Short and so on
• Indicator is currently drawing a Trend Line (along with direction arrows) and that should happen in EA too.
• Bullies and Bearish Color should be configurable

• Start Lot size :  0.01
• Money Management : On/Off
• AutoLot - 1000, If money management is On then Lot size will increase by Balance / autolot value . i.e for 5000 balance it will be 0.05 ( 0.01 x 5000/1000) 


• Hedge - true/false
• True - Open Trade will be only closed on Reversal Signal. TP settings & Partial Profit settings will be ignored
• False - Use TP setting to close trade
• TP1 - Distance in pips/points
• TP2 - Distance in pips/points
• TP3 - Distance in pips/points
• Partial Profit 1 - in Percentage - i.e 33 will close 33%
• Partial Profit 2 - in percentage
• Partial Profit 3 - in percentage
• even with Hedge false, if reversal signal come before any TP then entire position should be closed regardless
• SL - Stop Loss
• 0 : then no Stop Loss then trade will be closed on reversal signal or on TP
• any other value - Close Trade when reaches SL
• Trail Start
• Trail Step
• Draw Trend - On/Off - Draw on/off Trend line by the indicator
• TF - Use current or M1, M5, M15, M30, H1, H4, D1, W1 or 1 Month - this is used by the Indicator
• Magic EA - Number
• Support Manual Orders - true/false
• Trade Buy - true/false
• Trade Sell - true/false
• Open New Series - true/false
• Draw Profit - true/false (label on each closing trade with a dotted line from Entry to Exit showing profit/loss amount. Profit in green label, Loss in red label)
• Trading Times - Time Ranges - configurable Multiple time ranges. i.e 6:00 - 10:00, 12:00 -14:00 and so on. more explanation below
• Order Comment - default value - Trend Master EA

User Interface Panel - see attached image. 

• Button - Trade Buy - On/off
• Button - Trade Sell - On / Off
• Button - New Series - On / Off (this is mainly used near weekend to avoid opening new trade) 
• as of now that's all needed but I may add couple of small functionalities but nothing major
  

Trading Times

• If there are no open trade then it will take trade based on current signal
• If there is already open trade then it will not take any new trades
• Trade closing should happen regardless of Trading time based on either Reversal signal or TP values
