I want alarm (popup sound, push notification/email) on an Mql4 indicator i have

Hello. I have an mql4 indicator wich plots some levels on charts. The 0 level is choosed manually in input tabs.

1.I want to have an alarm (pop up and sound) at 3 specified levels (the 3 levels has to be manually choosed by me in input tabs).
The input tab must have 3 separate options like: level 1, level 2, level 3. At each of these 3 levels i have to input myself
the level where i want the alarm.
For example: level1 = 270, level 2 = 360 and level 3 = 450 ; or level 1 = 180 level 2= 360, level 3 = 720 and so on.

Simultaneosly i want the indicator to send push notifications on my mobile phone and or my email.
(for this it will need 2 separate options in input tab: 1. push notification true/false and 2. email true/false).
In the popup and the push notification / email it has to write: "price at 360 line, pair EURUSD" as an example.

I also want a input option where i can choose that the alarm is given when price is at X pips from the levels choosed
 (where X has to be input by me) (If i put x=10 it has to give alarm 10 pips before price reach levels choosed)
The alarm, pop up, push notification, email,  must be given only once and not flooding me every time price bounce in that range.
