EXPERT ADVISOR BASED ON HALF TREND INDICATOR SIGNALS & ADX TREND BAR

I need an expert advisor (Trading Robot) Based on Half Trend Indicator, and ADX Trend Bar. I am taking time time to send the expectations in clear numbers below to avoid error. The following points MUST be noted:

1. It enters trades and closes trades for both buy and sell. I really shouldn't need to intervene once launched.

2. Entry is upon signal to buy or sell as in the half trend indicator. Entry is initially 2% of equity on each trade, but with option to change it.

3. Entry can be optional by time, i.e. i could set time to trade and time not to trade; eg, 7am to 6pm daily as i want to.

4. Exit is on next opposite signal. i can choose to double lot size if last trade was a loss. 

5. Entry is next bar after the signal but i can choose 2 bars or 3 bars or more after. Standard is next bar after but i have the choice.

6.  Entry has an optional condition of ADX TREND Bar indicator which is at H4. I.e. M1 to H4 Bars must be all blue to buy or all red to sell. We can look at the possibility of only adopting H4 to be blue or red at the time of entry. We can also look at all bars (M1 to MTH1) blue or red before it takes trades. So let me be able to adjust it for best results. Buy or sell cannot happen until when H4 bar turns blue or red to support the trade, in which case it enters immediately provided the signal had occurred not more than x bars prior. I will choose x for best result during testing. 

7. Entry will have options of "BIAS" which I can set to: BUY only, SELL only, or Buy and Sell. What this means is that it cannot buy if it is set on SELL bias or vice versa.

8. Half Trend Amplitude is "4" default but i should have the choice to change for optional results

9. Expert trade should be on current chart. That is to say if it is placed on any time frame, it uses the time frame to execute the trade. Let there be option to also define only timeframe so it does not matter what time frame it is placed on.

10. Filter Option for buy or sell will also be 200 MA. Don't buy if price action is below 200 MA and don't sell if Price action is above 200 MA. Make it optional for me to choose MA length. I should also be able to disable this option. I will adjust during testing for best results

11. Expert should trade any instrument but i can have option to define the specific instrument i want it to trade.

12. Take profit is on the opposite entry or i can choose the number of pips take profit. Stop loss also is on the next opposite entry or i can define what the stop level should be. Should be optional.

13. And Provide the MT5 copy of the Robot too.
