Confirmed Botton - Top Clandlestick Pattern

I want a Expert Advisor robot based on candlestick pattern.

The analysis uses just candles parameters: open, high, low, close.

First we identify a lower/upper trend. Then, the last candle of that trend. Before it we identify a specific candle: the body outside.

If the price closes higher/lower than the outside candle, we have a trade order.

The desired pattern is shown in the picture attached.

To trade, we must use moving average too.

The robot should work on everything that can be writen in candles: Forex, Brazilian Futures, Stocks an Options (Call/Put).
