Техническое задание

Very simple indicator like 1st one is arrow signal follow to 2nd indicator that is support/resistance. and finally confirm the order with rsi. I'll supply those 2 custom indicator ex4 file. 

Trading Rules: First look for arrow then every new support/resistance comes with rsi confirmation it open trades
