Create Hidden Stop Loss and Target Profit Utilities (or EA)

I am a manual trader, usually I did put the TP and SL for each trade. 

Now I need a hidden TP and SL utilities (or EA) for my orders. 

Example as below:

eurusd buy order

Price: 1.20500

TP: 1.20800

SL: 1.20000

now I want to have

hidden TP at 1.20600,

hidden SL at 1.20300.

eurusd sell order

Price: 1.20500

TP: 1.20200

SL: 1.21000

now I want to have

hidden TP at 1.20400, 

hidden SL at 1.20700.

Once hidden TP or SL hit, the order is closed by EA automatically.

I would like to have a display panel on chart (the chart has to match with existing orders):

Hidden TP: (input box, manually enter the price)

Hidden SL: (input box, manually enter the price)
