A simple EA with no indicator needed

1. I need a control panel that can open buy limit or sell limit at a certain price, the lot size, the number of buy/sell limit, the distance of buy/sell limit, pip of TP

2. For example, If I choose to open a sell limit of EURUSD at 1.23000 and the distance is 10pip,  the number of sell limit is 8.

Then, It would be 8 sell limit at 1.23000, 1.23100, 1.23200, 1.23300, 1.23400, 1.23500, 1.23600, 1.23700, 1.23800

3. The control panel need to have pip of TP. For example, I set 10 pip of TP.

Then, using above example, the TP of of 1.23000 would be 1.22900, the TP of 1.23100 would be 1.23000...

4. Using above example, Once 1.23000 of sell limit is hit, the number of sell limit become only left 7 (1.23100 - 1.23800). At this time, it need to automatically added a sell limit of 1.23900 to let the number of sell limit to become 8. However, Once the TP of 1.23000 is hit, for example, 10 pip tp, it went to 1.22900. It needed to reopen the sell limit 1.23000 and cancelled the sell limit of 1.23900 to make sure the number of sell limit remains 8.

5. A magic number is needed for this EA

Actually, I can do this staying in front of the computer with no ea but this is exhausting so I need someone to make a EA including the panel for me.
