Create an EA based on Moving Average

I need an EA based on Simple Moving Average. The EA is to initiate trade once it crosses the MA "X" at the close of the Second Candle. And it closes current position with profit or loss as the price is closed ABOVE or BELOW the MA "X" at the breakout candle.

If i close the opened trade manually, EA should wait for next signal for new trade.

Please follow the below settings.
