Техническое задание

I want an MT4 dashboard which I can use for signals and to place trades based on my trading rules.

1. Scan multiple instruments every time interval (e.g.15 min).

2. Option to select timeframe to scan (e.g. 15 min) .

3. Option to choose which instrument symbols to scan (including currencies, commodities and stock)

4. Display only instruments that meet two or more of my six signals. Nonetheless, signal 1 can stand alone (i.e. display symbols that show signal 1 even if there’s no other signal). Signals include: (a) Average daily range (ADR) indicator, (b) daily high/low, (c) price action, (d) volume spread analysis (i.e. better volumes indicator), (e) round numbers, and (f) RSI.

5. Sends notifications (email/sms) when signals develop
