Multiple time charts EA required for development

Техническое задание

I am looking to develop a multiple time frame EA that will work based on defined rules of some indicators – including custom indicators.

The EA must work in both MQL4 and MQL5.

Signals are generated only when the stated conditions are met on the following combinations of time charts:

4hr/Day, or 1hr/4hr or 15mins/1hr

Trade signals [Buy or Sell] to be taken on 4hr, 1hr or 15mins while Day, 4hr and 1hr time charts will be used for trend. This means:

Trade entry signal – on 4hr, with Day as trend

Trade entry signal – on 1hr, with 4hr as trend

Trade entry signal – on 15mins, with 1hr as trend

Looking for the right programmer to ger this done. Rate $25-35 depending on experience.
