Техническое задание

I want a simple EA that will open a trade with the previous candle closes above the EMA.

I should be able to select if EA should buy only or sell only.

EA can only take just 1 buy trade. (i.e if a buy trade is running, EA should not take another buy trade again till the current BUY position is closed)

I should be able to set my lot size risk %  (i.e EA will trade using x% of my account)

TP is x% of SL (i.e if SL is 50pips and i set TP to 20% then TP will be 20pips)

SL is is the low of the last fractal indicator candle (minus extra pips)

extra pips is the additional pips that should be added (sell) or minus (buy) from my SL price.
