Open pending order at specific time

Hello,

I would like get help to do an EA that open pending orders buy or/and sell at specific time X pips (configurable) bellow or above of that price time with the follow parameters;

- Date. Time in hour, minutes and seconds, server broker time or PC in GMT format. Configurable for enable/disable.

- Like said before, pending orders will executed at specific time, X pips (configurable) bellow or above.

- Configurable enable/disable TP and SL in pips.

- Enable/disable Hidden TP and SL, when the position is opened or triggered into the market and price reach X pips above or bellow, close order.

- Enable/disable Breakeven.

- Configurable the max Slippage allowed in pips

- Configurable enable/disable trailing stop in pips.

- Configurable duration time for the pending orders, for example, if after 1 hour and 5 min the position was not trigger, close position.

- Enable or disable OCO order. In case to open buy and sell pending orders for that pair.

The EA should be able to use in different charts and different pairs. Format x.yyyyy  and xxx.yyy
