3 line break chart with alerts

i need a 3 line break chart like the examples under, i need the ability to also change the line break from about 2-5  but default at 3

i would like plot lines for the swing high lows, you don’t have to have plot lines for all but definitely the last few,  here is an example of swing high lows in the picture

i need alerts everytime the current price exceeds the swing high or low, so when the buy price exceeds the swing high i get an alert and when the sell price is lower than the swing low then i get an alert

Here are examples but these are when the bar closed , i need it for the CURRENT PRICE 

i would need  this alert for all pairs and indices and all timeframes
