i want to build an automatic forex signals website based on auromatic ea robot trading

ea requirements
1- ea work on my mt4/mt5 account on vps
2- the ea send all data directly to the site -open trade -close trade -take profite ....ets so ea open trade my members get the signals with take profit and stop lose and manule and they can copy my trade on mt4/mt5
3- you have to update my own ea auto trading robot so he can be abel to automatcly sand data to my website

1- we gonna use this similar site so we understand each other

3- i like the web design used on this site but it only one page site i want it a multiple website pages but do not worry im gonna work on the static pages -FAQs-contact us ...ets

5- login and regester with email or phone confirmation
6- email and telegrame autosignals
9- the site must be in two laguge arabic and english

Can anyone help me fix my thinkorswim indicator, the alert is not working well there are some delays before i get my messages The red arrow triggered at 7:00 am yesterday but did not send a notification alert in the TOS platforms message center till 7:28AM.
