Create an EA based on 2 indicators with EX4 format

Техническое задание

I have a strategy using 2 indicators with  .EX4 format to create an EA with features as mentioned below :

*It should have a panel on chart to show :
-signals on pairs + instruments (ability to choose) 
-equity
-balance 
-margin
-spread 
-drawdown 
-TRADING TYPE SETTING 
-Total p/L (buy and sell separately ) 
-broker time
-countdown candle time
-Total order 
-total lot
*panel should be able to give the options/buttons for closing all positions/close positions in profit/close and stop trading /buy/sell  and ability to choose an instrument and trade based on signal. 
*able to scan all Currencies in watch list and shows which one has signal for entry and trade on them. 
*ability to send signal to email and telegram, once a signal occurred based on SOP. 
*ability to choose trade on which pairs or instruments on watch list.
*ability to choose auto trading or just alert when signal occurs.
*ability to choose trade based on all conditions or just afew of them (out of 6) .
*variables of ea :
-Panel colours, size, font and place on chart.
-starting lot size and set increasing by add or multiply (if grid or antimartingale is active) 
-tp/sl/trailing stop (based on pip) 
-tp/sl/trailing stop should be able to choose activate based on condions or pip. 
-tp/sl/trailing stop, have to be set separately for grid and antimartingle. 
-target tp/target sl (based on USD) 
-grid distance and grid lot and antimartingle distance and lot size (add/multiply and by choosen lots) 
-activate / deactivate grid and antimartingle 
-choose Conditions 
-all variables of indicator can be change through ea                                                           *ability to choose steps for martingale/grid and antimartingale separately .                           *ability to choose how many levels open for martingale and antimartingle separately. 
-time frames for scan and trade
-instruments for scan and trade
-ability to link to telegram and email to Send signals and updates. 
-ability to change the comment on EA 
*ability to make tp/sl visible or invisible 

*ability to visible or invisible the indicators using in strategy. 

*X> indicator is working based on second bar , means when signal bar occur in second bar will enter the market , if other SOPs are in order.                                                               *blue circle is one of the sign of buy and red circle is sign of sell signal and it will be one of the main signs. 

*possibility to choose enter when which SOPs are in order (all of them or just trade based on 2 or 3  or 1 of them)
