Convert all orders to excell file

Hi,

We are starting our trading company and we have one last thing that needs to be done before we can start.

We currently work with 10 traders who each have their on company account.
These account are linked via copy software to our Main account.

WHAT WE NEED: 
- we want to be able to see all the orders of our traders in a list, where we as managers can approve of disapprove the orders to go through to our main account
- The possibility to approve all trades automatically has to be there aswel.

so for example:

Trader A sets an order on GBPUSD, this order come in the list.
We have the possibility to approve or disaprove the order.
When we click on approve, the order goes through via the copy software to our main account.
When we click on disapprove the order is not going through.

When approve is on automatic, all orders go through instantly.

We work with Forex copier 3.
