Техническое задание

I am looking for a way to capture the market prices at a certain time (user entered) and track those prices as the origin for tracking the market for the rest of the day.

Ideally the system will be able to capture the last prices for all the markets currently listed in my quote window but can compromise by adding this to all charts to achieve the same result.

The system needs to track either the high level or the low level (depending which way the market moves after the origin has been recorded).

Simple price based rules to trigger trades.......

Please advise how this can be achieved?
