Техническое задание

I need an EA that opens trades when attached indicators displays these conditions:. Read from top to bottom 1) label says Buy trades only and color is blue 2) middle indicator is blue 3) bottom indicator line is blue 4) an upright arrow appears. On opening next candle, if arrow is still there, it must open a trade. TP is at same level of previous arrow in the opposite direction (see image).  I have not code of 3 indicators only EX4 so EA must read graphical signs from chart. Attached also the indicators
