Техническое задание

Looking to create an indicator across minimum 28 currency pairs. Hoping to make it a check box. 

1. H4 EMA - is 8 above or below 20 EMA?

2. K, H4 and H1 Fractals closed price. Looking backwards along chart to see whether price is up or down for each time frame. Seeing where last price has closed above most recent up fractal (up) or if price last closed below a down fractal (down).  

I've put together a screen shot and can provide more which hopefully provides a good base explanation.

I've also attached a screen shot of a checkbox indicator which shows an example of whether 8 and 20 EMA's are up or down across timeframes. I'm obviously looking for only H4 on the EMA's PLUS the fractals up and down.

Open to ideas on how to show it cleanly.
