App to send orders to brokers

Техническое задание

I need an app that i could enter signals for forex market and could share with the people that signed for my services. Example of an order :
Pair - EUR/USD
Buy - 1.19200
TP - +30 pips
SL - -30 pips

Sell 1.17800
Tp - +30 pips
SL - -30 pips

then the people that subscrived my signs if they want they can choose an option to send the order to the broker that they have, for that they must have put the account of the broker and how many lots they want to invest in the pair.
