Fractal Alligator Cloud

I want a robot to trade using the alligator, Ichimoku cloud, and fractal indicator. 

During an up trend: When the green alligator line is on top, and the candle with the down arrow has closed above the Ichimoku Cloud (as the picture shows), I want the EA to buy.I want the stop loss to be ( X) points under the candle with the arrow. - when im  (x)points in profit, i want the stop loss to move up (x) points. --- when another down arrow forms and i am in profit, i want the stop loss to move to the lowest point of that candle. I do not want the stop loss to move backwards during repainting. 

During a down trend: When the green alligator line is on the bottom, and the candle with the up arrow has closed below the ichimoku cloud, I want the EA to sell. I want the stop loss to be (x) points above the candle with the arrow. --- when im (x) points in profit, i want the stoploss to move down (x)points ---- when another up arrow forms and im in profit, i want the stoploss to move to the highest point of that candle. I do not want the stoploss to move backwards during repainting. 

I want to choose my lotsize and have an ON and OFF button on the screen. I will turn it on when I see a trend.  I dont want the trade to activate if the stop loss is  (X) pints away from entry, i dont want the trade to activate if the spread is more than (x) points.

I want to use it on multiple charts, on any timeframe. I want the trade to stay in the time frame it was placed in. For exapmple: If i place a trade on the 4hr chart and then i want to look at the 1Day chart. i dont want the stoplosses to move to the 1hr chart candle. 

Basically I want to buy during  pullbacks on an uptrend and sell during  pullbacks on a downtrend.
