Converter Estratégia do TradingView(Pine Script) para MQL4 e MQL5

Convert a ready TradingView strategy (Pine Script) for both MQL4 and MQL5 EA.

It is a simple strategy based on 2 simple average and a swing reference simple average as filter. The EA should be able to calculate short or long volume according with IFR risks.
