Expert Advisor to execute to introduce pending orders and TP and SL

The expert advisor shoud have the option to set a reference price from which to introduce 2 pending orders one BUY STOP and a SELL STOP (with the possibility to set the pips at what level should be from the reference price). After the position is opened should close the other pending order. If it hits the stop loss should open another position in the opposite direction. It should have also the setting to set after how many possitions should increase the number of lots and with what increment. It should have also the setting to automaticaly turn off the expert after a certain number of consecutive stoploss hits.
