Look for a RSI on real time on mT4

Im looking to make a Dual rsi  with 2 time frames on them. where i can change them to any two time frames. 

example 4H/weekly   4H/ daily 1H/daily 15M/1H 5M/1H i want both to run on rsi as one . I would like to change them to trade on different time frames must run smooth. I would like a toogle swith both a BUY and a SELL for both time frames but one be a sell for the higher time frame and one be a sell for the lower time frame and working both or real time. 

Example sell at _ % and Sell at _   ( sell 1 min hits the bottom of rsi ay whatever % we set it at and the same time frame at the Sell 15 hits the top of rsi will trigger bot to sell  ) if i was running the rsi EA on the 1M and the 5M or the 4H and the weekly (of coarse close of candle ) should be able to pick lot size stop lost and TP . RSi and the toggle need to match so EA can take a trade at a buy or sell based on rsi touch of one on top and one on bomttom. Let me no if you can do this and make it on real time
