Техническое задание

I ONLY WANT PROFESSIONAL MT4 trading bot coders

. This is an automated trading bot that ca enter on only 1 hour, 15min and 5min charts.

. The setup includes bollinger bands and fibonacci.
. the fibonacci levels are only the 0% - 100% and 50% with the 50% being the target.
. The specific setup needs to be, The First candle needs to be outside of the bollinger band and then the second candle needs to be higher then the first candle.
. The fibonacci can ONLY be draw on the last two candles that follow the rules above.
. The entry point is only entered if the second candle closes inside of the bollinger band and the target is the 50% Fib level.
. If the second candle that was higher than the first has already touched the 50% i do not want it to enter a trade.
. The stop loss needs to be placed just above the 100% fibonacci.

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells
