Техническое задание

I need the following simple EA developed to open a trade on the next bar open with position size calculation and Take Profit/Stop Loss management. Only trade once per bar.

Long Entries: Current bar Close higher than Open + previous bar Close lower than Open + two bars back Close lower than Open

Short Entries: Current bar Close lower than Open + previous bar Close higher than Open + two bars back Close higher than Open

Take Profit: y number of pips from trading bar open

Stop Loss: 
Long Trade: x number of pips below previous bar
Short Trade: x number of pips above previous bar

Parameters:
Money Management = true/false 
RiskPercent = decimal value
LotSize = decimal value (if RiskPercent = 0)
TakeProfit = integer (number of pips)
TakeProfitPartial = integer (take off half the position in pips if value is not 0)
StopLoss = integer (number of pips)
