i need to time each price.-eg.1,2,3,4,5-milliseconds

i need to know if milliseconds can work for each price.

i need a histogram plotted on the right side of the chart.

i need a line plotted where the time is highest for the price.

i need a average period and a line plotted for above the price with the highest time.

i need a average period and a line plotted for below the price with the highest time.

include the price with the highest time in the averages. start with the highest time in the averaging. 

i need a lookback period added to see the time for the bars. eg. 500 bars

please, no quotes above 100.8$
