Техническое задание

I have a  dashboard that is both an EA and a Manual ability to enter trades. I want to have someone that is experienced in adding a filter that will help the EA/Dashboard to only take trades in a ranging market or sideways market and not taking trades against a strong trend. My EA currently gives signals when the RSI is overbought/oversold and places trades when the overbought/oversold levels cross back. I'm looking for someone to show me exactly the plan for this (hopefully in a image form) and explain why it will help filter my EA and still allowing it to produce its range market signals. Please see attached images of an invalid condition of a trend and also a valid condition 

Please apply for this job with explanation of your ideas to filter against taking trades against a strong trend. Images would be appreciated but atleast an explanation of what would work for this.
