Create an EA from Strategy explained in Video

Hello.

I’d like to have an ExpertAdviser made out of a Strategy which my Mentor created.

I can program by myself but I wanted to outsource it.

Here are the main functions it has to do:

My strategy is based on reading the chart and searching for a M , W or HeadAndSholders (a bit different but explained in the video) formation.

It would be perfect if I can turn them on and off seperately.

StopLoss and Take Profit pips.

Notification message.

Lot size value.

On and Off times to avoid opening a trade for a special time like the asian session.

Also it has to recognize if the price is under an ema or above.
