Proper integration of Indicator "linear_regression_slope" (lrs) into my EA

I am using lrs as one of the indicators in my EA. However, my results are not as good as they should be because my integration is that of an amateur, me neither being a properly trained MQL5 expert nor a mathematician. Who can help me out?
