Advice service on how to convert alerts from an indicator into buffers/arrows on chart

I would need advice on the possibility to convert alerts I received from an indicator (I do not have its source code) into buffers/arrows that appear in the chart as buy/sell orders once the indicator as released the signal (alert).

If this is possible, I would also like to engage to proceed with it with extra hours if needed.
