Real ticks on MetaTrader 5

Hello,
I am using strategy tester on MetaTrader 5 based on real ticks. The broker was founded in 2014. I select dates period from 2018 till now (2023.07). The history quality is just 30%. Also I see in the journal following outputs:
Does it mean that there are no real ticks before 2022.06? What ticks are used then before 2022.06? Is the low history quality because of this matter or any other reason? How to increase the quality up to 100%?
My MetaTrader 5 build is 3815.
