I need an explanation on this indicator (i-IntradayFibonacci)

Hello every one,

Can some one explain to me how this indicator works.

I downloaded it from this site. As i loaded it to my trading platform it looked OK on the history, but as the market started this morning I realized that the lines shift.

Can some one provide me with information on how best to use this indicator?
