Removing " Signal Kalman +" from the EA.
So, I have three pretty nice signals already in Akihiko. With these signals:
* Reversal Candle
* Pull Back Candle
* Signal CCI
EA is fast, makes a nice profit, optimizations are fast, there is no single line of broken code. This is the reason why Kalman + is not fit this EA, and that's quite enough for now.
