O ATR é uma medida de volatilidade introduzida pelo famoso autor J. Welles Wilder Jr. em seu livro "New Concepts in Technical Trading Systems".

Em geral, os traders estão acostumados a ver o ATR na forma de um indicador em uma sub-janela do gráfico. O que estou apresentando aqui é uma versão simplificada do ATR - apenas contendo o número atual do ATR - muito útil para monitorar apenas o momento atual do mercado.

Se você quiser monitorar vários tempos gráficos dentro do gráfico corrente, basta adicionar o indicador do ATR Monitor várias vezes, cada um com seu período de tempo específico (veja a tela de configurações abaixo).

Great item, very simple and convenient! But it can be improved by adding the value of how much the price has already passed today. These two values are important together (so you don't have to worry about how far you have to go from the average). But overall great!

A finalidade do indicador é importante. No entanto, apresenta erro intermitente quando se tenta plotar o mesmo duas vezes no gráfico. Exemplo: ATR[D]: 4.00 e ATR[30]: 0.62 para CFD AAPL.US-D --> O valor de ATR[30] ora aparecia sem o valor 0.62 ora aparecia com esse valor.
