Bullish divergence occurs when the price creates lower lows while the indicator creates higher lows, indicating a potential upward reversal. Conversely, bearish divergence occurs when the price creates higher highs while the indicator creates lower highs, suggesting a potential downward reversal.
  2. Awesome Oscillator Indicator: The Awesome Oscillator indicator is a technical tool used to measure market momentum. It calculates the the difference between a 34-period and a 5-period Simple Moving Average (SMA), providing insights into the strength and direction of the market trend. Traders can utilize this indicator to identify potential buying or selling opportunities based on changes in momentum.
