1) Modification to Indicators. Adding 3 MA cross after Indicator is valid then order opens. 2) add function for Manual tickets only No Indicators.

I am looking for a English spoken professional that has experience with complex coding. 

Explanation of  moving average cross: There are  three moving averages used, 1) Signal MA, 2) Short MA, 3) Long MA                                                                                                                                                                                                         1) Signal MA is : MA method Simple, Shift 1, Apply to: open, Period 5.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
   2) Long MA is :  MA method Linear Weighted, Shift 0, Apply to: Low, Period 5

   3) Short MA is : MA method Linear Weighted, Shift 0, Apply to: Low, Period 5

  Note: KD Indicator is Green in picture.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

For example order to open Long. Indicator+MA cross- After  the chosen  Indicator is valid, then if the Long MA is above signal MA or has /touched or crossed the Signal MA, then order can be placed.                                                                                            
For example order to open Short. Short MA must be below signal MA or has touched or crossed, then order can be placed.

Here is Example Picture of Long.

First, user chooses what Indicator to use moving average cross with. If KD indicator is selected then KD must be valid, then the Long MA must be above Signal MA or a MA touches or cross must happen  to have an order placed. 

task 1) My EA has a drop down menu of Indicators.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

 I want to either add new modded Indicators to drop down menu,  or programmer adds  input called "use 3 moving average for entry". Programmer would need to choose which option would be best for customer. This function will have On/Off switch and all parameters available. When user selects Indicator in drop down menu and then also selects "On" for " use 3  moving averages for entry"  then this means after the indicator chosen in drop down menu is valid, then a order will wait to open until  the "3 moving averages" is valid. Then Order is placed. This order will still be placed even though Indicators parameters may become invalid because of lapse in time  and price. 

task 2) Add option in drop down menus  called " manual ticket only" This will prevent EA to only use the functions for manually entered tickets. Note: EA already has input for manual tickets.
