I need an ea based on Volume indicator.

The strategy is like this.

The EA will have to compare the volume of the las 120(setting) bars and will select the highest one.

If the volume of the current bar is more then 80% of the highest in the range, then it will paint the current bar in red(setting).

Next, on the same bar if the price is below MA(20) it will open a sell position as the SL will be the High of the candle and the TP will be twice the SL.

The other way around for a Buy position.

Looks simple, no?
