Simple EA development by using RSI indicator only

I need a simple EA development by using RSI indicator for entry and exit.

Exit condition : User's option by inputting variable RSI value.

                         For example, in case of SELL entry, if the user has input RSI value at 40 for exit, then EA will close the open position when RSI reaches 40 value.

                         As for another example, in case of BUY entry, if the user has input RSI value at 70 for exit, then EA will close the open position when RSI reaches 70 value.

Variable options :

1) Magic Number

2) Loss recovery position opening input by user's option (with variable lot sizing)

    i.e. If the opened SELL position is losing the pips from the user's set pip distance from its entry, and when the RSI value is still above 70, the EA will open the loss recovery SELL position with user's input lot sizing

    i.e. If the opened BUY position is losing the pips from the user's set pip distance from its entry, and when the RSI value is still below 30, the EA will open the loss recovery BUY position with user's input lot sizing

3) Final loss recovery position input with variable pip distance & lot size input from the previous loss recovery position entry.

    This is the final 3rd position opening only.

4) Profit & Loss clearance option (true / false) 

    When the PL clearance option is true, and the opened positions profit reaches user's set profit amount, then the EA will close all opened positions.

    When the PL clearance option is true, and the opened positions loss reaches user's set loss amount, then the EA will close all opened positions.

5) Complete Exit option (by pips)

    If the opened EA's total losing pips are reaching user's set pips, then the EA will close all opened positions.

    For example, if the user has set -100 pips loss condition and when the all opened positions total loss pips are reaching 100 pips, then the EA will close all open positions.
