Addition of RSI filter to existing MT4 EA

Hello,

I have a EA which work only on 1M timeframe.

It has a option to choose BUY or SELL by making it TRUE or FALSE.but i have to choose it manually. 

NOW i want that it should be done automatically by using RSI filter

1. If RSI 14 on 5M timeframe crosses 70 upside down then automatically SELL = TRUE and BUY = FALSE;

   and it should close all OPEN BUY orders .

2.If RSI 14 on 5M timeframe crosses 30 downside up then automatically BUY= TRUE and SELL = FALSE;

   and it should close all OPEN SELL orders.

keep ext int variable like RSI period .RSI BUY level.RSI SELL level. RSI timeframe
